BBVA Bancomer acted as Global Coordinator and Lead Underwriter of the primary public offering totalling almost MXN 7,000 Mn (USD $521Mn).

The offering was met with a strong response, and a total of 1,758 equity clients and 16 domestic institutional investors participated.The breakdown of the offering was: 44.6% local investors and 55.4% international investors.
 
50% of the proceeds of the offering will be used to cover the company's cash needs and finance investment plans for its current concessions, and the remaining 50% to implement new projects.
