BBVA leads the Endesa Chile 400 million Dollar debt issueMay 9, 2014
BBVA, via its Corporate & Investment Banking division, has acted as joint bookrunner in the placement of 400 million Dollar issue of Endesa Chile in the international debt markets.
The bonds have been sold at 175 basis points over the 10-years notes of US Treasury.
The funds raised through these bonds, issued with a rate 4.25% rate and due in a single payment in 2024, will be used for general corporate purposes.
In addition to BBVA, J.P. Morgan has also acted as joint bookrunner in this deal.
