BBVA, Best Transactional Bank in Latin AmericaSeptember 21, 2016
The Banker has acknowledged BBVA's work in transactional banking at the Transaction Banking Awards 2016.
At the new edition of the Transaction Banking Awards, BBVA has been chosen Best Transactional Bank in South America by The Banker magazine. This award is a recognition of the work carried out by the Global Transaction Banking team, which is based on a business model focused on offering the best cross-border solutions in the region.
Innovation and technology for managing our clients' transactions with faster execution times and better coordination at the time of the transaction, combined with the GTB specialists in Latin American countries (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela and Mexico), have been the two basic pillars for being recognized as best transactional bank in the region.
This edition has recognized the importance of transactional banking for the financial industry and has been attended by a panel of experts who were in charge of assessing the positioning of the different transactional businesses, their clarity in developing the different strategies and the excellence in client service, both regionally and globally.
This award, that recognizes us as the best strategic partner for clients in South America, is the result of BBVA's knowledge of local markets and the support of a robust global infrastructure. BBVA uses technology as a key transformation element, always seeking excellence in service and our clients' satisfaction, by tailoring our solutions to their needs.
