- Provide a written response within 14 business days of receipt.

Dispute Resolution via FIDReC
If you are an individual or sole proprietor and are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate your dispute to the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (FIDReC).
FIDReC provides an independent and impartial dispute resolution service, free of charge for claims up to S$100,000.
Eligibility:
The scheme covers individuals and sole proprietors who are customers of financial institutions.
The dispute must arise from a financial transaction or service provided by us.
