BBVA CIB Lists Its First Investment Certificate on Borsa Italiana’s Cert-X Segment

BBVA Corporate & Investment Banking (BBVA CIB) is pleased to announce its entry into the Italian retail structured products market with the successful listing of its first investment certificate on the Cert-X segment of EuroTLX, operated by Borsa Italiana, part of the Euronext Group. This milestone marks BBVA’s debut in offering structured investment solutions to Italian retail investors through listed certificates, underscoring the bank’s long-term commitment to innovation and geographic diversification.

A New Structured Product Offering for Italian Investors

The newly listed product is an Autocallable Barrier Worst-of Phoenix Certificate, linked to Unicredit SpA and Intesa Sanpaolo, with maturity in 2028 (ISIN: XS3006592847). Issued under the BBVA Investment Solution platform, this type of certificate is designed to deliver periodic coupon payments and conditional capital protection, depending on market conditions. It offers investors an alternative means of accessing equity market exposure while managing risk through predefined barriers and autocall features.

Supporting Clients with Innovative Investment Solutions

This initiative reflects BBVA CIB’s broader strategy to deliver tailored investment solutions across geographies. Through its Global Markets division, BBVA offers a comprehensive range of products including structured investments, derivatives, and advisory services across asset classes. The listing on Cert-X is a step forward in supporting clients in Italy with innovative, transparent, and regulated investment alternatives that combine yield generation and risk management in today’s dynamic market environment.
