BBVA México supports Cemex in the issuance of CEBURES for 5.5 billion pesos

BBVA México has participated as bookrunner in the issuance of Long-Term Stock Certificates (Certificados Bursátiles de Largo Plazo) by Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V., in the local market. The transaction was met with strong investor demand, with a total amount of 5.5 billion pesos and demand reaching 8.977 billion pesos, equivalent to 1.6 times the amount ultimately placed.






The transaction was structured in a single tranche, corresponding to the Cemex 26 issuance, at a floating interest rate and with a five-year tenor, priced at a spread of 70 basis points over the TIIE de Fondeo. The issuance obtained credit ratings of AA+(mex) from Fitch Ratings and mxAAA from S&P Global Ratings.
