BBVA strengthens its Global Leadership through Learning with a strategic partnership with Wharton Executive Education

BBVA continues to invest in the development of its global leadership pipeline through a unique learning experience designed in partnership with Wharton Executive Education, one of the world’s leading business schools. This year, 27 leaders from BBVA CIB, Sustainability, Spark, and Legal teams successfully completed the Leading Global Growth program, an initiative created to accelerate strategic capabilities and prepare leaders to navigate an increasingly complex and fast-evolving financial landscape.

Leading Global Growth is an immersive program that brings together high-potential leaders from across the bank to strengthen skills in strategic vision, innovation, decision-making, and global leadership.
