BBVA named Best RegS Issuer at SP Intelligence USA 2026 Awards

The recognition highlights BBVA's strength in the international structured products market, supported by its Latin American franchise, competitive pricing capabilities and continued investment in digital innovation.

BBVA has been named Best RegS Issuer at the SP Intelligence USA 2026 Awards for Excellence, recognizing the bank's performance and innovation in the Regulation S structured products market.

Presented during the SP Intelligence USA 2026 conference in Nashville, the award recognizes BBVA's activity between July 2025 and June 2026. The distinction underscores the bank's position in the international market for structured products issued under Regulation S, particularly its ability to serve distribution partners and investors.

A strong franchise across Latin America

BBVA's strength in the Reg S market is supported by its established banking presence in Mexico and South America, longstanding relationships with distribution partners and competitive pricing across asset classes.

Through its global Investment Solutions franchise, BBVA provides structured investment solutions tailored to evolving investor needs, combining regional market expertise with global product capabilities.

Digital innovation driving pricing and execution

Technology has become an increasingly important differentiator in BBVA's structured products business. Aligned with BBVA's Group-wide AI transformation strategy, "The Eight," the bank is enhancing its ePricer platform with new capabilities for investment idea generation and lifecycle management, while expanding digital pricing and automation to improve execution efficiency and scalability.

Through BBVA ePricer, the bank's digital Investment Solutions platform, distribution partners can access competitive firm pricing and execute structured products across multiple asset classes.

BBVA continues to expand the range of payoffs and underlyings available through its digital capabilities while reducing manual intervention in the pricing and execution process. Its broader investment in automation, idea generation and lifecycle management is designed to improve efficiency, increase scalability and support a more seamless experience for distribution partners.

These capabilities also allow the bank's sales teams to dedicate more time to understanding clients' investment objectives, developing tailored ideas and strengthening relationships.

Building on BBVA's structured products recognition

The SP Intelligence award follows BBVA's recognition at the 2026 SRP Americas Awards, where the bank received four honors, including Best Regulation S Provider and Best Single-Issuer Platform for BBVA ePricer.

Recognition from both industry organizations highlights the maintained leadership of BBVA's Regulation S franchise and its commitment to combining regional expertise, innovative investment solutions and digital capabilities to serve clients across the Americas.
